VWC Elite is the premier program within Viking Wrestling Club, designed for intermediate and advanced wrestlers who are committed to reaching the highest levels of the sport. Our program provides specialized training that hones advanced techniques, builds peak physical conditioning, and cultivates the mental toughness required for elite competition. Elite is open to all ages 2nd (if they can maintain the pace and focus)-12th grade
